2. Working at Height
Working at height is a core part of our business and is treated with the utmost seriousness. Our procedures strictly follow the Work at Height Regulations 2005, ensuring the highest level of safety for our teams.
- All necessary fall protection systems are provided, properly maintained, and routinely inspected before use.
- All our employees are fully trained and certified as competent in all aspects of working at height.
- We ensure adequate supervision and continuous monitoring of all activities carried out above ground level.

4. Lifting Operations & Equipment Safety
Lifting operations are tightly controlled in full compliance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER 1998). Our rigorous approach ensures maximum safety and efficiency on site.
- All lifting operations are managed by a trained lifting supervisor and executed according to a detailed, documented lift plan.
- Every piece of lifting equipment is thoroughly inspected and certified by a competent person as required by law.
- Lifting accessories are carefully checked by a qualified banksman before each use to confirm they are free from damage and fit for purpose.
- We maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all lifting appliances, accessories, and their required certifications.
- All lifting equipment is assessed to be suitable and strong enough for the specific load it is required to lift.
