Kensington Row – Block F is part of a prestigious residential development in West London, designed to deliver high-quality new build homes with premium finishes. The project focused on creating a striking and durable external façade that complements the architectural vision while meeting strict performance standards.
Our Role and Services
We were appointed to deliver a complete façade installation package, ensuring precision, performance, and long-term durability. Our scope of works included:
• Installation of Reynaers CW 60 HI curtain walling
• Supply and fitting of Reynaers CS 86 HI and CP 155 HI systems
• Installation of GRC cladding and aluminium cladding
• Fitting of copings and associated façade elements
Materials and Technologies Used
To achieve the desired performance and aesthetics, we utilised:
• SFS systems for structural support
• Reynaers curtain walling and window systems for high insulation and sleek design
• Aluminium cladding for a modern finish and durability
• GRC cladding for lightweight, fire-resistant performance
