Kensington Row - Block J is an upscale West London development offering contemporary, high-quality homes with a striking, thermally efficient façade.
Kensington Row – Block J is part of an upscale residential development in West London, designed to deliver contemporary, high-quality homes. The project aimed to create a visually striking and thermally efficient external façade that enhances both appearance and performance.
Our Role and Services
We were responsible for delivering the full external façade package, including design coordination and installation. Services provided included:
• Installation of Reynaers CW 60 HI curtain walling
• Fitting of Reynaers CS 86 HI and CP 155 HI systems
• Installation of GRC cladding and aluminium cladding
• Supply and installation of copings and all associated external façade elements
Materials and Technologies Used
To achieve the desired performance and aesthetic quality, we employed:
• SFS (Steel Framing System) for structural support
• Reynaers curtain walling and windows for high thermal efficiency and modern design
• Aluminium cladding for a durable, sleek façade finish
• GRC cladding for lightweight, fire-resistant panels
