Henniker Point is a 23-storey residential tower in Stratford, East London that underwent a major recladding and refurbishment programme to address fire safety and thermal performance requirements.
The scope of works included the installation of a new A1 fire-rated external wall insulation (EWI) system, replacement of windows and balcony doors to improve energy efficiency, and essential fire-stopping upgrades within communal areas and key interfaces with external elevations.
Our Role & Services Provided
Mardani Façade Ltd was appointed as the System Installer for this refurbishment scheme. Our role covered:
• Design and installation of an A1 non-combustible external wall insulation system.
• Replacement of all windows and balcony doors to enhance thermal and acoustic performance.
• Implementation of fire-stopping and compartmentation works, improving safety within communal areas.
• Coordination with other trades to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality delivery throughout the 46-week programme.
